Refund Policy

We want you to be able to evaluate Premium without billing surprises. This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from Localization.One through Stripe.

You may request a full refund of your first Premium subscription payment within 14 calendar days of the charge. This applies to both monthly and annual first payments. To request it, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and include the project name and payment date.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the project's subscription settings through Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Renewal payments are normally non-refundable once a new billing period has started. If you forgot to cancel and contact us promptly after a renewal, we will review the circumstances fairly, particularly where Premium has not been materially used during the renewed period.

Contact us if you were charged more than once, charged after a timely cancellation, unable to access the paid service, or believe a payment was unauthorised. Where the service is defective or not supplied as agreed, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include restoration of service, a billing credit, a partial refund or a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. We normally submit them within five business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to a different payment method.

This policy does not restrict any mandatory rights you have under EU, EEA, UK or other applicable consumer law, including any statutory right of withdrawal or remedies for a digital service that does not conform to the contract.
